International Mail Service Suspensions

The Postal Service™ is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to service impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Before placing an order, please check with USPS (below link) to ensure that your country is still accepting packages from the US. DANTES WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY DELAYS/SUSPENSIONS IN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DUE TO COVID-19.

We offer multiple shipping options, including USPS, DHL & UPS, please read shipping options carefully and select the one that best suits your needs. Once your order is packed an email will be sent to you with a tracking number. DANTES cannot be responsible for items that are delayed, lost and/or stolen during transit. In this case, please contact the shipping provider with your tracking number to file a missing package claim with them.


We are happy to ship worldwide! 

The thing is, this comes with some complications you might not be aware of. One being international customs and/or duties fees, the other is shipping time which can range from 7-30 days. 

If you ship international using USPS, you will lose ability to track the package after it leaves American soil. If this is an issue for you, please ship using DHL. We will not track packages for you, and will defer you to the shipping provider.

Duties are costs associated with buying a product that's shipped from a different country. If you purchase a product outside of the United States, your local government may charge you an import fee in order to release your shipment. DANTES is not responsible for any customs / duties fees.

If an order is placed from any country outside of the United States, please be aware of your local import laws and fees, as DANTES will not accept returned goods because of an inability to pay duties.
